Methodology. Data pulled from Finviz Elite’s insider register (SEC Form 4 filings for executed transactions), filtered on trade dates in the week of July 6-10, 2026 and ranked by dollar value. For buys we include only open-market purchases (“Buy”); for sells we include executed sales (“Sale”). A useful principle: insider buys usually carry a single meaning (confidence in the stock), while sells can have many causes – tax planning, diversification, scheduled 10b5-1 plans, venture-fund distributions after an IPO – and do not by themselves imply a negative view. Sources: Finviz and SEC EDGAR (Form 4).

Top 20 insider buys of the week

Open-market purchases, ranked by dollar value. The week is led by a persistent 10% owner cluster on Mission Produce ($AVO), the post-offering buys on Gloo Holdings ($GLOO) including former Intel/VMware chief Pat Gelsinger, and matching director/ICONIQ buys on Netskope ($NTSK).

The companies, in brief – and the next catalyst

A short description of every company involved and the next potentially market-moving event known as of publication. Where an earnings date is not yet confirmed, an expected window is given.

Who bought (buy side)

Mission Produce (AVO)~$32M su quattro giorni

Vertically integrated global grower and distributor of avocados (and mangoes), recently enlarged by the acquisition of Calavo (targeting at least $25M of annualized synergies). 10% owner Globalharvest Holdings was the week’s most persistent buyer, adding shares across four consecutive days. Management expects a bumper 2026 crop that lowers prices but improves overall performance.

Next catalyst: Next fiscal quarterly report (expected around September), avocado pricing and seasonality, and Calavo synergy capture.
Netskope (NTSK)~$14.4M (director + ICONIQ)

Cloud security (SASE) company founded in 2012 and led by Sanjay Beri; it listed on Nasdaq in September 2025 at a ~$7.3B valuation. A director and 10% owner ICONIQ Strategic Partners each bought about $7.2M on July 8.

Next catalyst: First earnings reports as a public company and post-IPO lock-up dynamics.
Gloo Holdings (GLOO)~$6M (CEO, director, Gelsinger)

Boulder-based technology and AI platform for the faith and nonprofit sector, serving 140,000+ ministry and nonprofit leaders. Executive Chair and Head of Technology is Pat Gelsinger, former CEO of Intel and VMware. The July 10 buys by the CEO, a director and Gelsinger came alongside a $3.25 share offering priced on July 8; Benchmark recently raised its target to $15 (Buy).

Next catalyst: Deployment of the offering proceeds and next quarterly results.
Energy Fuels (UUUU)~$968k (President & CEO)

US integrated critical-minerals producer active in uranium (White Mesa Mill in Utah), rare earths and medical isotopes. President and CEO Ross Bhappu bought about $968k on July 7. In June the company received a conditional $725M, 20-year US Office of Strategic Capital loan commitment to expand White Mesa and build a rare-earth metals facility.

Next catalyst: Finalization of the OSC loan, uranium production scaling and rare-earth project progress; next quarterly results.
Energizer Holdings (ENR)~$1.6M su due giorni

Global maker of batteries and auto-care products (Energizer, Eveready, Rayovac, Armor All). 10% owner Aqua Capital bought on two days.

Next catalyst: Next fiscal quarterly results (expected in August) and input-cost/margin trends.
CapsoVision (CV)~$495k (10% owner)

Medical-device company behind capsule endoscopy (CapsoCam). A 10% owner group associated with Eli Harari, the SanDisk co-founder, bought about $495k.

Palmer Square Capital BDC (PSBD)~$647k su due giorni

Business development company investing in private and leveraged credit. 10% owner Martin Bicknell bought across two days; the company expanded its buyback by $30M (through June 2027).

Next catalyst: Next quarterly results and the next distribution.
ProQR Therapeutics (PRQR)~$239k (CEO)

Dutch RNA-editing biotech built around the Axiomer platform. CEO Daniel de Boer bought 150,000 shares.

Next catalyst: Pipeline and partnership milestones on the RNA-editing platform.
707 Cayman Holdings (JEM)~$187k (HFT firm)

Small-cap name; the buyer, HRT Financial LP, is a high-frequency trading firm, so the activity most likely reflects market-making rather than a conviction signal.

Next catalyst: Company-specific filings; treat high-frequency-trading activity with caution.
H2O America (HTO)~$173k (10% owner)

US water utility. A 10% owner (Atlas Infrastructure) made a small open-market purchase.

Next catalyst: Rate-case and regulatory decisions and next quarterly results.
Larimar Therapeutics (LRMR)~$167k (director)

Clinical-stage biotech developing nomlabofusp for Friedreich’s ataxia. A director bought about $167k.

Next catalyst: Clinical-data updates and regulatory interactions on the Friedreich’s ataxia program.

Who sold (sell side)

Rocket Lab (RKLB)~$286M su tre giorni

Space launch (Electron; the medium-lift reusable Neutron is due for a 2026 first flight) and space-systems company. CEO Peter Beck sold across three days, the week’s largest sell cluster. Q1 posted a record ~$200M revenue and a backlog above $2.2B. These are large scheduled CEO sales into strength, not a call on fundamentals.

Next catalyst: Q2 2026 results on August 4 (revenue guidance $225-240M) and the Neutron first-flight timeline.
Robinhood Markets (HOOD)~$43.6M (CEO)

Retail brokerage and financial-services app. CEO Vlad Tenev sold about $43.6M.

Next catalyst: Q2 2026 results after the close on July 29.
Dell Technologies (DELL)~$170M (Silver Lake, piu’ filing)

PC, server and AI-infrastructure hardware maker. Silver Lake entities, the long-time private-equity backer, sold about $170M across several filings, continuing a post-buyout stake reduction and distribution.

Next catalyst: Next quarterly report (Q2 FY27, expected late August) and AI-server demand.
Hinge Health (HNGE)~$38M (Insight)

Digital musculoskeletal (MSK) care platform; recent IPO. Insight, a venture backer, continued its post-IPO selling.

Next catalyst: Next quarterly results and lock-up and holder-selling dynamics.
PBF Energy (PBF)~$34M su due giorni

US independent petroleum refiner. Control Empresarial de Capitales, a Carlos Slim-linked vehicle and major holder, sold about $34M.

CoreWeave (CRWV)~$30.8M (CEO, 10b5-1)

AI-cloud and GPU data-center provider; recent IPO. CEO Michael Intrator sold about $30.8M under a pre-established 10b5-1 plan (partly a Class B-to-A conversion). Q1 revenue was about $2.08B (up ~112% year over year) with a backlog near $99.4B.

Next catalyst: Next quarterly results and data-center capacity and backlog conversion.

Next catalyst: Next fiscal quarterly report (expected around early September).
Ibotta (IBTA)~$15.1M (founder/10% owner)

Digital promotions and rewards network powering retailer cash-back offers. A founder and 10% owner sold about $15.1M.

Next catalyst: Next quarterly results and retailer-network expansion.
Workday (WDAY)~$14.5M (co-founder)

Enterprise HR and finance cloud software. Co-founder and 10% owner David Duffield sold about $14.5M.

Next catalyst: Q2 FY27 results (expected late August).

Cloud observability and security software. CTO Alexis Le-Quoc sold about $13.9M under a 10b5-1 plan.

Andersen Group (ANDG)~$13.5M (10% owner)
