Insider trading this week: the 20 biggest buys and 20 biggest sells
Who bought and who sold shares of their own company – by dollar value – in the week of July 6 to July 10, 2026. Period: Jul 6-10, 2026. Source: Finviz Elite (Form 4). Ranked by USD value.

Methodology. Data pulled from Finviz Elite’s insider register (SEC Form 4 filings for executed transactions), filtered on trade dates in the week of July 6-10, 2026 and ranked by dollar value. For buys we include only open-market purchases (“Buy”); for sells we include executed sales (“Sale”). A useful principle: insider buys usually carry a single meaning (confidence in the stock), while sells can have many causes – tax planning, diversification, scheduled 10b5-1 plans, venture-fund distributions after an IPO – and do not by themselves imply a negative view. Sources: Finviz and SEC EDGAR (Form 4).

Vertically integrated global grower and distributor of avocados (and mangoes), recently enlarged by the acquisition of Calavo (targeting at least $25M of annualized synergies). 10% owner Globalharvest Holdings was the week’s most persistent buyer, adding shares across four consecutive days. Cloud security (SASE) company founded in 2012 and led by Sanjay Beri; it listed on Nasdaq in September 2025 at a ~$7.3B valuation. A director and 10% owner ICONIQ Strategic Partners each bought about $7.2M on July 8.
Next catalyst: First earnings reports as a public company and post-IPO lock-up dynamics.
Gloo Holdings (GLOO)~$6M (CEO, director, Gelsinger)
Boulder-based technology and AI platform for the faith and nonprofit sector, serving 140,000+ ministry and nonprofit leaders.
