Three Biotech Data Presentations to Watch: Precision BioSciences, Lipocine and Citius Oncology $DTIL $LPCN $CTOR

Biotech traders do not need every conference appearance. They need the few events where a company is putting clinical data in front of a specialized audience, where the data may change the investor debate, and where the stock can react not only to the headline but to the details underneath it. On May 27, 2026, the cleanest U.S.-listed “data presentation” group is not a single mega-cap oncology story. It is a smaller, more speculative three-name basket: Precision BioSciences, Lipocine and Citius Oncology.

Lipocine ($LPCN) — after the 78% collapse: what is left, what broke, and what management can realistically do now

Lipocine entered April 2 as a micro-cap biotech still largely defined by one late-stage binary event. It exits the day as a radically repriced company. The reason is simple: LPCN 1154 failed its Phase 3 primary endpoint in postpartum depression. In the full study population of 90 patients, the company said the drug did not show a statistically significant reduction versus placebo in HAM-D17 at hour 60. That single fact destroyed the old near-term bull case and triggered a collapse of roughly 78% in the stock. What the market is doing is not subtle. It is saying that the company’s main value-driving asset just lost most of its immediate strategic and regulatory premium.

LPCN Lipocine Inc

16 December 2025: Lipocine reports that its Phase 3 trial of LPCN 1154 (oral brexanolone) in postpartum depression has reached 80% enrollment (66 of 80 planned participants). The second independent Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) review is scheduled for mid-January 2026 and topline results are still guided for the second quarter of 2026. The study is intended to support a 505(b)(2) NDA submission referencing IV brexanolone.
