ASCO 2026 Investor Calendar · Updated May 27, 2026
ASCO 2026 Investor Calendar: 25 Key Oncology Presentations, Dates, Times and Webcasts to Track
From plenary late-breaking trials to small and mid-cap oncology catalysts, ASCO 2026 brings one of the densest data calendars of the year for biotech investors, healthcare analysts and event-driven traders.
Why this ASCO calendar matters for investors
The American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting is not a normal medical conference for the public equity market. For oncology companies, especially clinical-stage biotech names, ASCO can compress months of scientific, regulatory and investor debate into a few days. A single plenary presentation, late-breaking abstract or rapid oral update can change how the market thinks about a drug candidate, a development platform, a competitive landscape or a future regulatory filing.
ASCO 2026 runs from May 29 to June 2, 2026 in Chicago and online. Regular abstract text was released before the meeting, while ASCO states that late-breaking abstracts, including plenary LBAs, are released at 7:00 AM CT / 8:00 AM ET on the day of their presentation. That timing matters because some of the most important market reactions may begin before the actual oral presentation if the abstract text contains enough clinical detail.
This calendar is designed as a practical reference for investors and traders. It does not attempt to rank every oncology abstract. Instead, it focuses on presentations and investor events that appear most relevant for public-market monitoring: plenary studies, late-breaking oral presentations, pivotal or registrational trials, small/mid-cap catalysts, radiopharma, ADCs, targeted oncology, cell therapy, breast cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, sarcoma, myelofibrosis and melanoma.

Important reading note: not every event below has the same trading profile. Some are direct small/mid-cap catalysts, while others are large-cap or practice-changing clinical readouts that may influence oncology sentiment, competitive positioning or sector narratives. Times should be checked again on the ASCO program or company IR pages before trading around a specific event.
The 25-event ASCO 2026 investor watchlist
The table below uses Central Time for Chicago, Eastern Time for U.S. market reference and CEST for Italy. When a company has confirmed only a session window rather than an exact speaking slot, the event is marked as a session window rather than a precise presentation time.

Day-by-day guide
For practical use, the calendar below groups the same events by meeting day. The goal is simple: readers can keep the article open during ASCO and quickly see what matters before each trading session, after market close, or overnight in Europe.
May 29Friday
EV-302 long-term update — urothelial cancer
The key point is durability. EV-302 already reshaped first-line urothelial cancer, so longer follow-up may matter less as a binary catalyst and more as a standard-of-care confirmation.
May 30Saturday
BioNTech oncology rapid oral and pipeline disclosures
BioNTech remains a broad oncology platform story. The market will look for evidence that the oncology pipeline can support the company’s long-term post-vaccine narrative.
Cogent PEAK Phase 3 GIST data
Cogent has already disclosed positive Phase 3 results and an NDA submission. ASCO matters because investors can inspect the more complete data package behind the regulatory filing.
Immunome RINGSIDE Phase 3 desmoid tumor data
RINGSIDE is a rare-tumor Phase 3 dataset with an NDA angle. Safety, tolerability and the depth of benefit will matter alongside the already reported positive topline outcome.
Pfizer TALAPRO-3 prostate cancer late-breaker
PARP combinations in prostate cancer remain a complicated but important commercial and clinical field. Biomarker details and tolerability will be key.
May 31Sunday
The ASCO Plenary block: PROTEUS, SARC041, LIBRETTO-432, HARMONi-6 and RASolute 302
This is the highest-density clinical block of the meeting from an investor perspective. RASolute 302 may be the cleanest single public-equity catalyst, while HARMONi-6 may influence how investors think about ivonescimab and PD-1/VEGF bispecific competition.
Legend Biotech investor and analyst event
Useful for CARVYKTI, multiple myeloma and cell therapy in solid tumors. The company’s own IR page and press release show a small timing discrepancy, so readers should verify the final webcast start on the event page.
Revolution Medicines investor call
This is one of the most important post-presentation webcasts because management can discuss regulatory strategy, commercial framing and how the Phase 3 data fit into the broader RAS(ON) portfolio.
June 1Monday
IDEAYA OptimUM-02 late-breaking oral
Registrational uveal melanoma data with an NDA/RTOR angle. Investors should watch efficacy maturity, safety, durability and how clearly the dataset supports filing plans.
Bicycle Duravelo-2 rapid oral
Important for Bicycle’s Nectin-4 strategy and for how investors compare Bicycle Drug Conjugates with ADCs in urothelial cancer.
Bristol Myers Squibb ALCHEMIST adjuvant nivolumab
Large adjuvant NSCLC readout. More relevant as a clinical and competitive landscape marker than as a small-cap catalyst.
Telix ProstACT Global Part 1
Radiopharma remains hot, but this is a lead-in safety/dosimetry readout, not the main randomized efficacy result.
Fulgent FID-007 rapid oral
Potentially important for how the market values Fulgent’s therapeutics effort separately from its diagnostic/lab-services identity.
Large-cap investor webcasts: Merck, Moderna, AstraZeneca, BeOne
These events matter for broader oncology tape, pipeline positioning and competitive read-throughs, especially in immuno-oncology, ADCs, cell therapy and large-cap growth narratives.
June 2Tuesday
Cardiff CRDF-004 updated Phase 2 mCRC data
0–16:30 CEST · $CRDFOne of the cleaner small-cap investor events at the meeting because the company has scheduled a dedicated webcast for the following morning.
Karyopharm SENTRY Phase 3 myelofibrosis late-breaker
The market will focus on whether the totality of data can overcome the mixed topline profile, especially the disconnect between SVR35 success and symptom-score miss.
Celcuity VIKTORIA-1 late-breaking breast cancer data
Key breast cancer event with potential sNDA relevance. Watch efficacy, tolerability, subgroup consistency and competitive framing against other pathway-targeted regimens.
Gilead ASCENT-04 late-breaking TNBC data
Important for Trodelvy lifecycle and ADC competition in first-line metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
Roche ASCO investor event
Roche’s event is useful for late-stage oncology pipeline context, with special attention to giredestrant and the broader breast cancer landscape.
How to use this calendar without overreading it
ASCO data can be market-moving, but investors should separate four different categories of events. First, there are direct small/mid-cap catalysts where the presenting company’s valuation may depend heavily on a single dataset. Examples include $IDYA, $KPTI, $CELC, $CRDF, $COGT, $IMNM, $BCYC and $FLGT. Second, there are large-cap clinical updates that matter more for franchise positioning than for the entire market capitalization of the company. Examples include $MRK, $AZN, $PFE, $GILD, $BMY, $JNJ and $LLY.
Third, there are read-through events. HARMONi-6 is the clearest case: the study is tied to Akeso’s ivonescimab, but investors may connect it to Summit Therapeutics because Summit’s equity story is deeply linked to ivonescimab’s global potential. Fourth, there are investor webcasts that can matter almost as much as the presentation itself because management may clarify regulatory plans, label strategy, commercial preparation, safety interpretation or the next trial design.
For traders, the most useful question is rarely “is the abstract good or bad?” The better question is: what was already priced in, what changed versus expectations, whether the dataset supports the next regulatory or commercial milestone, and whether the company has enough financial runway to execute after the data.

EV-302 long-term update — urothelial cancer
30 maggioSabato
BioNTech oncology rapid oral e pipeline disclosures
Cogent PEAK Phase 3 GIST
Immunome RINGSIDE Phase 3 desmoid tumors
Pfizer TALAPRO-3 prostate cancer late-breaker
Legend Biotech investor and analyst event
Revolution Medicines investor call
Bristol Myers Squibb ALCHEMIST adjuvant nivolumab
Telix ProstACT Global Part 1
Webcast large-cap: Merck, Moderna, AstraZeneca, BeOne
Cardiff CRDF-004 updated Phase 2 mCRC
Karyopharm SENTRY Phase 3 myelofibrosis late-breaker
Celcuity VIKTORIA-1 late-breaking breast cancer data
Roche ASCO investor event
